INPROS sequential nozzle shut-off gates control units main features are:

  • Fixed flow gear hydraulic pump, heat exchanger, filter, pressure setting and accumulator to drive sequentially the oil distributors
  • Pneumatic circuit complete with electrovalves
  • Pressure and oil flow drain towards the mold
  • Hydraulic and pneumatic connections with quick couplings
  • Electric panel and touch screen control unit
  • Double interface for separate control of the electrovalves
  • Wheeled support with brake

24AC/24CC/110CC mold coils setting and independent oil pressure setting on each way out available upon request.

INPROS units for hydraulic core pullers control are specific for use with full electric injection molding machine or in any situation exceeding the performance of the machine standard core pullers.
INPROS core pullers control units are fully independent, mounted on wheeled structure, equipped with fixed flow gear pump, energy saving inverter and touch screen palmtop for parameters setting up to 8 valves.
