INPROS V500

INPROS V500 is an innovative machine for multicolour or multimaterial sport boots  injection moulding on a single press. The vertical clamping unit acts by two pistons directly on each mould cavity mid, it is complete with double horizontal transfer for the moulds.

INPROS V500 machine is equipped with two parallel injection units, complete with height adjustment for non-standard moulds:

Injection unit 1, hydraulic drive for dosing, with 100 mm. diameter  PU plasticizing screw

Injection unit 2, hydraulic drive for dosing, with 80 mm. diameter  PU plasticizing screw

The clamping unit is equipped with upper and lower transfer tables with double mould holder; maximum mould size 1000×600 mm., and 200-500 mm. mould height . The shoe-shape turning system is hydraulically driven , installed on the front  tie-bar and complete with mechanical centering pins
