Auxiliary injection units – electric drive

INPROS full electric auxiliary injection units add up precision and repeatability in cycle of all INPROS units to cleaning, compact construction and flexibility of the technology of electric drive.

The self-standing control unit comprises of vectorial inverter, proportional speed/force regulation, back pressure regulation, pressure and speed profiles accuracy within 1/10mm. over the injection stroke by electric actuators
Nozzle approach movement by electric motor (option).
Remote control panel specifications are:
LCD 7” colour touch screen video with a 840×480 resolution multi language display
Injection pressure and speed profiles
Backpressure control by means of proportional control valve
Cycle Start either from Core Puller or by mould embedded sensor with injection delay adjustments
Mold data storage and log of last cycles

Heating regulation for each cylinder zone

The unit is electrically interfaced to the press by means of the Euromap 12, 62 or 67 connector
